Diagnosing Product software issues

Solving issues over the phone or in person Installing and configuring hardware and software Speaking to customers to get to the root of their problem.

Working knowledge of Salesforce

24x7 Technical/Customer support

5 - 10 years mainframe technical skills (HALSM) that could fill a position, part development, part support.

The person needs skills in JCL, REXX, MVS Utilities, SMP/E.

Some Systems Programming experience with z/VM and/or z/OS would be a plus.Company Description
