Food Production Lead/Supervisor

Job Description

Food company located in SE San Antonio has immediate opportunities for Food Production Leads and Supervisors. If you have been a Lead/Supervisor in a food packing or food manufacturing plant in the past, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU TODAY!

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on position

Hours:

1st Shift - 7:00AM Start Time - Will Work 8 -10HR Shift (Flexibility Req.)

2nd Shift - 2:30PM Start Time - Will Work 8 -10HR Shift (Flexibility Req.)

Work Schedule: Will Work 5-6 days out of the week (Flexibility. Req.)

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in food manufacturing

2+ years Lead/Supervisor

Food Production Lead/Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervision of Production Associates

Troubleshoot any issues that arise

Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to shipping

Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
