In this role, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, facilitating the purchasing process, offering product or service recommendations, and resolving any issues or technical difficulties. With a primary focus on nurturing customer relationships, you'll demonstrate how our solutions can benefit them. Located in Fairfield, NJ, we are proud to manufacture units that elevate our customers' manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and technical questions

Interact with existing customers; courtesy calls, and follow-ups.

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Provide quotations to customers

Process sales orders

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Mechanical aptitude is important

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills

Previous experience with a CRM program is desired.
