Job Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our manufacturing team in Lambertville, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our Management Information Systems, including CRM/ERP and Business Intelligence. You will interact with various teams to design and implement solutions for our business needs, as well as analyze and recommend process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a key member for all aspects of Management Information Systems (CRM/ERP and Business Intelligence)
• Perform statistical analysis on data to improve organizational efficiencies
• Gather requirements and create functional layouts for BI Dashboard and Report Development
• Gather and document user requirements and business needs to design applicable solutions
• Design and configure solutions in areas of ERP, Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting systems and other information applications as they relate to the manufacturing industry
• Interact and guide the IT team in developing solutions
• Communicate pros and cons of alternative solutions to project stakeholders; suggest creative approaches
• Analyze and recommend process and methodology improvements
• Develop custom queries to support data extraction and detailed data analysis
• Work in close coordination with other IT team members, including external contractors, to ensure efficient operation of the department and its resources.• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Experience in working with business systems and databases
• Understanding of EO/IR systems
• Ability to conduct AB testing
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience in crafting a Business Requirement Document
• Proficiency in design and diagramming tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry operations and processes
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business systems and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion
• Ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
