Sr. Aviation Architect

Job Description

Summary: Seeking a Senior Architect specializing in aviation projects for project management, design documentation, and leadership roles.

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture

AIA Licensed (or pursuing licensure)

10+ years of experience in an Architectural Project Manager role

Large / complex project / program experience

Airport terminal or landside experience (medium to large hub airports)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Portfolio of work samples

Responsibilities:

Client management and project scope development

Design documentation, production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, financial management, marketing assistance, project quality control and delivery

Create and sustain client relationships

Collaborate with other professionals to continue growing our aviation design practice

Provide leadership for the execution of significant aviation projects

Work closely with both the firmwide Aviation Practice and the local offices

Execute assignments within the firm's core values of "Teamwork, Respect, Integrity and Commitment."

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
