We are offering an exciting opportunity in the telecom sector for a Desktop Support Analyst, located in Bedford, Ohio, 44146-1329, United States. The role encompasses maintaining and troubleshooting desktop hardware, components, peripherals, and operating systems alongside handling job-related issues and confidential material.

Responsibilities:

• Handle hands-on hardware troubleshooting tasks

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of desktop hardware, components, peripherals, and various operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Linux, and thin client knowledge

• Engage in system imaging and become familiar with Microsoft Office applications and other business-oriented software

• Exhibit analytical and problem-solving abilities, paying keen attention to detail

• Conduct effective research into job-related issues and products

• Work effectively with a wide range of constituencies and handle confidential material appropriately

• Present ideas in user-friendly language

• Manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively

• Utilize skills such as Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Deskside Support, Windows OS.• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a similar role.

• Must possess strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory.

• Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting Computer Hardware is required.

• Should have experience in providing Deskside Support to end-users.

• Familiarity with Windows Operating System (OS) and its troubleshooting is essential.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven record of managing time and resources effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Must have a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other IT professionals.

• Should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
