Job Description

We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer within the legal industry. The role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. You will be handling a wide range of matters, managing cases, drafting legal documents, and making court appearances as required.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a wide range of legal matters independently

• Drafting pleadings and legal documents with precision and accuracy

• Handling oral arguments and defending depositions

• Providing strategic legal analysis and advice as needed

• Making court appearances when necessary

• Utilizing legal software such as LexisNexis and case management software for efficiency

• Managing cases involving motor vehicle and construction litigation and premises liability

• Answering written discovery and handling complaint administration

• Maintaining documentation and records related to cases

• Balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating strong organization skills in case management.• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to practice law in the state or willing to obtain admission.

• Minimum of three years of experience as a practicing attorney.

• Proficiency in using legal software such as LexisNexis, 3M, Case Management Software, and other management systems.

• Experience in civil litigation and claim administration is essential.

• Strong ability to handle complaints and manage documentation effectively.

• Experience in defense litigation and construction law is highly desirable.

• Excellent briefing skills and ability to handle complex legal issues.

• Must adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards.
