We are actively seeking a seasoned Attorney/Lawyer to join our legal team in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. This role will involve managing a broad spectrum of general liability matters, including drafting legal documents, handling court appearances and providing strategic legal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of general liability matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Manage own caseload, ensuring all cases are processed efficiently and effectively

• Draft and review legal pleadings and documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards

• Conduct and defend depositions, gathering all necessary information and evidence

• Appear in court as needed, representing the interests of the organization

• Provide strategic legal analysis and advice, supporting decision-making processes

• Utilize legal software such as 3M, Case Management Software, LexisNexis and Management System for efficient case management

• Perform duties related to civil litigation, claim administration and complaint handling

• Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and accessible.• Possession of a valid license to practice law in the jurisdiction of employment.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Attorney/Lawyer in the legal industry.

• Proficient with legal software such as 3M, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Management System.

• Demonstrated experience in handling civil litigation and claim administration.

• Strong skills in complaint handling and drafting legal documentation.

• Proven ability to conduct and analyze legal research.

• Excellent briefing skills with the ability to present complex legal information clearly and concisely.

• High level of professional ethics and integrity.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven experience in client management and maintaining high client service standards.
