For over forty years, The specialize in the transportation of entertainment products. They have almost 30 offices worldwide, They have provided entertainment equipment to high-profile celebrates and events such as Cirque du Soleil and Coachella.

Essential Duties:
Arrange domestic and international import/export shipments via air, trucking and ocean
Assist operations department in bookings and documentation
Maintain and cultivate customer and vendor relationships
Follow-up with shippers and consignees to ensure quality and timeliness of shipments Knowledge,
Air export experience; quoting, booking, documentation
Utilizing MS Outlook and Excel
Working directly with customer to resolve issues
Skills, and Abilities
Basic freight forwarder knowledge
Solid customer service skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Pass a security background check
Administrative/Operations/Logistics experience (1-3+ years desired)
Strong ability to handle time-sensitive issues
Ability to learn software programs quickly and adeptly
Sharp organizational along with attention to detail and prioritization skills
