Citizens (either by birth or naturalization). Help Duties Assists the Intercollegiate Sports Administrator(s) in planning and execution of daily operations.

Assists in annual and seasonal intercollegiate athletics planning and strategic engagement development.

Integrates and coordinates execution of intercollegiate programs with multiple entities supporting the spectrum of operations.

Responsible for anticipating and scheduling required Senior Exit Interviews and other mandated accountability tasks to satisfy NCAA and USAFA requirements.

Works closely with Facilities, Event Staff and game management offices to ensure successful intercollegiate competitions and events.

Advises and coordinates home and away competition schedules.

Leads in planning, coordination, and execution of special Athletic Department events across an array of internally hosted athlete events, as well as conference and NCAA hosted events.

Provides operational support and organization for intercollegiate program budgetary and business office functions.

Assists Sports Supervisors in budget analysis and adherence directives.

Performs appropriate administrative functions, as assigned, to ensure the timely and effective support of intercollegiate programs.

Develops strategic partnerships with coaches and team staffs, anticipating and identifying challenges and opportunities for Sports Supervisors to consider in optimal execution of Intercollegiate Programs.

Assists in planning, coordination, and execution of team events, both home and away, while acting as a liaison between Intercollegiate Sports Administrator(s) and broader USAFA mission elements.

Performs functions and duties of Sports Supervisors as a secondary during primary absence.

Manages execution and coordination of events and competitions in the absence of primary Sports Supervisors.

Coordinates with Compliance offices to ensure adherence to all rules and regulations.

Manages day-to-day aspects of sports supervision and administration, and competition operations.

Attends and participates in department and faculty meetings, acting as the Sports Supervisor representative, as directed.

Maintains professional relationships to provide research and advice to improve the quality of educational and athletic programs.

Manages and coordinates intercollegiate sports administrative engagements, cadet-athlete development engagements, and NCAA compliance requirements to augment Sports Supervisors mission success.

Advises and assists Sports Supervisors in identifying and correcting issues impacting performance and athlete leadership development.

Manages critical relationships and administrative functions across USAFA, Athletic Department, Conference, and NCAA entities as they pertain to Intercollegiate Programs and developing future Air and Space Force leaders of character.

Represents Intercollegiate Programs, coaches, and cadet-athletics in development and presentation of issues and changes for these programs.

Provides expert input and advice to the Senior Associate Athletic Directors and staff agencies regarding issues for Intercollegiate Programs.

Communicates briefings and presentations to USAF Academy leadership on Athletic Department issues, as directed.

This position may require travel on military and commercial charter aircraft.

This position may require working some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree.

Must have three years of experience in an Intercollegiate Programs capacity with a Division I/FBS or FCS athletics program.

ACADEMIC DISCIPLINES: N/A DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree preferred.

Education EDUCATION: If selected, you will be requested to provide original copies of ALL OFFICIAL transcripts for degrees being pursued or obtained (or letter of degree completion if an OFFICIAL transcript is not available due to recent graduation) to support your educational claims as stated in your curriculum vitae.

Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S.

For a transcript to be considered OFFICIAL, it should be printed on university letterhead and the registrar's official seal/signature must appear on the transcript.

Your transcripts must also reflect the degree awarded/conferred date.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the educational requirements.
