Role: outpatient practice
Job Description:
The hospital provides a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17: well-child visits (routine, school, sports, and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital / ER follow up.
Adult medicine services for established patients include routine care for illness, injury, and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance, and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment.
This practice also offers refugee health assessments in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health. Clinical social workers are onsite for consultation, assessment, and referrals. Only Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Strong desire to work with refugee population - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $240,000 and $265,000 per year with incentives
