Project Engineer

Keller is looking for a Project Engineer based out of our Kansas City, MO location. Working on Jobsites throughout the region, hotel accommodations and per diem will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

Your duties will vary between the office and field atmosphere:

Perform field Quality Control/Assurance (material testing, load testing, layout, plan/spec requirements, etc.) on variety of projects.

Track project performance through performance indicators.

Take-off and estimate projects during bidding process.

Collaborate with Project Manager, Superintendent, Field Crews, Design Engineers

Attend client meetings with Project Manager

Develop proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Excel in addition to in-house software

Attend professional organization meetings (preferred)

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:

B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Communication and problem solving skills

Self-motivated attitude with willingness to learn

Ability to meet fast paced and changing schedules and deadlines
