What are your contributions to the team?

Work within the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Center of Expertise to coordinate and support key strategic projects within the organization.

Lead and coordinate the corporate HSE management system / ISO 45001 & 14001 certification

Lead and coordinate the audit program, compliance management and perform trend analysis

Harmonize HSE standards and share best practices across all sites

Manage a portfolio of multisite projects; work hand in hand with site HSE teams and Operations as well as with all internal partners and key stakeholders to ensure project success

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Act as a subject matter expert to address business risks, provide technical support and coaching.

How to thrive in this role?

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health, Safety and Environment or related field;

You have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment;

You have knowledge & experience with ISO 45001 & 14001;

You are dynamic and work well in a team.

You are flexible in the face of changes in priorities and strategies that affect your project.

You demonstrate organizational, communication and change management skills.

You have the ability to think strategically, seek creative solutions, analyze and solve problems.

You are autonomous, structured and able to coordinate the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously.

You are bilingual English/French (spoken and written).
