Location - Vadodara

Exp - 4+yrs

CTC- 62K/mth (Inhand)

4+ Years with Selenium (Automation testing) 3+ years with c#, Selenium WebDriver, and xUnit.net. 2+ years with CI/CD. Experienced with API testing and strong SQL skills (SQL Server)

Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, processes, and tools, with a deep understanding of their application in the Indian context.

Extensive experience with test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices, and a proven ability to drive their adoption and optimization.

Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in programming languages such as C#, Selenium, JMeter, SpecFlow, Java, Python and DevOps tools like JIRA, Git

Experience with API testing, performance testing, security testing, and continuous testing practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving business value and customer satisfaction.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with cloud-based testing and deployment, using platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Familiarity with AI and ML-based testing approaches and tools.

Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, and their application.

Relevant professional certifications, such as CSQA, CSTE, or ISTQB.

Experience in the legal services or healthcare industry is a plus.

Experience successfully leading or working with remote or distributed teams, particularly in a global context.

Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, product roadmap, and industry best practices, considering the local market dynamics and cultural nuances.

Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lead team of technical writers, ensures team follows companys documentation standards while writing complex product documentation.

Collaborate with product management and development teams to establish and maintain QA processes, standards, and metrics that drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Drive the adoption and optimization of test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to accelerate delivery, improve test coverage, and reduce costs.

Ensure the QA team is properly integrated into the agile development process, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Implement industry best practices, such as continuous testing, shift-left testing, and risk-based testing, to optimize the QA process and improve overall software quality.

Monitor and report on key QA metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and team performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Manage QA resources and vendor relationships, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Strong people management skills with a proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining high performing QA team.

Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in software testing and quality assurance and drive their adoption within the team as appropriate.

Adapt leadership and communication styles to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the US-based product team to help shape the product roadmap and ensure that quality considerations are integrated into the product development process from the outset.

Establish and maintain strong communication channels and processes to ensure seamless collaboration with the US-based product team, despite time zone differences.

Serve as a key representative of the Vadodara QA team within the broader organization, promoting the team's successes, capabilities, and value to the company's overall objectives.
