What You'll Do
The primary focus of the Inside Sales Representative position will be to maintain multiple existing accounts, while at the same time recognize opportunities for incremental sales growth. The successful candidate will have a solid sales aptitude, exceptional customer service orientation, and advanced communication and organizational skills. The Inside Sales Representative will play an important role in supporting our key accounts through teamwork and customer management.
Establish profitable pricing levels through the successful quotation of projects
Support customers throughout the order process to ensure high levels of satisfaction -- Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate customer service for assigned accounts.
Responsible for order processing and related non-technical customer service functions to assigned accounts.
Develop, manage and maintain strong customer relationships
Be results and solution oriented
Utilize ERP (SAP Business One) system to track and maintain customer information
Handle inbound sales and customer service calls
Generate accurate quotes and enter orders
Follow up on timelines and customer expectations
Follow established sales processes
What You'll Bring
5 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Superior communication skills and ability to finalize sales opportunities
PC proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new applications
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to adapt/shift to evolving business landscape/ fast paced environment
Ability to communicate with a wide-range of internal and external stakeholders and departments; handle objections.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
