At our Duncan, SC location we are searching for a:

Project Management Intern (Fall 2024)

Where we need you

The Project Manager Intern supports a project manager in their projects, means for all project related activities within their project and project team (Aerodynamics EU or Propulsion EU)

In this role the PM Intern supports all activities from project start (acc. project order) until project closure (after start of production in the plant) according the project managers advice. This includes in particular project management tasks, communication, responsibility for sub-tasks.

The PM Intern works closely and aligned with his/her project manager, the project team as well as with the other colleagues (especially plant reference, plant manager, sales).

The PM Intern tracks tasks with the project team, different departments, suppliers and plants. They are responsible for on-time-processing of project tasks.

Support the PM in all aspects to achieve the goals of the project

Systematic tracking and documentation of open points and project documentation

Supports the Project Manager regarding communication to plant organization

Supports the Project Manager on managing of prototype and pre-series phase

Supports the Project Manager on preparation on commissioning

Supports the Project Manager on preparation and follow up of internal process series

How to convince us

Must live locally and be able to provide transportation/housing.

Entry level position ideal for candidate pursuing bachelor’s degree in Business

Must be computer literate with database basics. MS Office, Excel and Access.

The ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of professional confidentiality required.
