About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist with a strong analytical mindset to join our marketing team at Cirrus. In this role, you will not only design and implement revenue-generating marketing campaigns but also delve deeply into data analysis to optimize campaign performance across platforms like Meta/Facebook and others. Leveraging your proficiency in HubSpot, you will build comprehensive reports, troubleshoot workflows, and ensure that our marketing automation processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage the development of one-to-many marketing campaign assets, including building workflows, emails, campaigns and landing pages for the marketing team

Be hyper focused on the prospect journey, including managing “hand off” points to the sales team and tracking prospects through the funnel to ensure no lead is left behind

Measure and analyze advertising campaigns and identify insights to improve conversion

Create and maintain metrics reports and dashboards to monitor marketing campaign effectiveness, progress to key metrics, and identify campaign impact on revenue

Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to ensure accurate data capture and lead management within HubSpot

Manage the integrations between HubSpot and other marketing technology, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, LinkedIn, PartnerStack, SEMRush, and Sopro

Help manage the database including list import cleanliness, data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with privacy laws

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within marketing tools, collaborating with IT or Revenue Operations as needed to resolve them efficiently

Requirements

Tech/SaaS industry experience preferred

1-3 years of experience in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)

Understanding of marketing reporting and digital performance metrics

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset.

Skill in data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions

Knowledge of HTML, HUBL or other development languages is a plus.

HubSpot training and certifications are a plus
