Chief Clinical Officer/CNO

Large healthcare system with multiple locations needs a Chief Nursing Officer to oversee this smaller community facility. Serves as Senior leadership, reports to the hospital CEO. 5 direct reports.

Licensed RN with the BSN, Masters degree in process or near completion.

3+ years experience in a leadership role from an acute care setting.

Ability to spend time on the floor to mentor and train, very visible.

BLS certification, ACLS preferred.
