Procurement Analytics Manager

Join us in a leadership role driving financial performance and innovation across Procurement Operations, Sourcing, and Program Management teams. Leverage analytics and data insights to drive expense reduction, supplier performance management, and risk mitigation, contributing to $75M in financial delivery through FY27 and beyond. You'll collaborate across the organization, leading breakthrough analytics development, project management, and optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Enhance Procurement Analytics through generative AI where appropriate, transforming raw data into actionable reporting in tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.

Develop and expand Predictive Distribution models in collaboration with Supply Chain Planning, Field Operations and Inventory Management, optimizing ERP and MRP principles.

Manage projects to deliver Procurement-committed value on-time, adapting to shifting priorities and aligning stakeholders through compelling data-driven stories.

Architect innovative budgeting methodologies in a complex multi-banner, omnichannel business environment. A successful end-product enables tighter accuracy at banner-GL level, introduces scorecard measures by category, and enables clear retrospective budget variance tracing.

Collaborate with Category business teams to support competitive Sourcing Events, Negotiations, and Contract Execution, delivering $28M in expense savings by close of Fiscal 2025

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or equivalent work experience

4+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Business Analytics, Planning, with solid understanding of accounting principles.

Advanced Proficiency in Procurement Technologies, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Generative AI tools, and SAP.

Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills.
