The role:

The Director of Communications will join the Marketing & Technology (MarTech) team, reporting directly to the company’s Chief Marketing Officer. Since, at Big Think Capital, our clients’ success is our top priority, we are committed to delivering an unrivaled client experience – powered by our talented sales organization and enabled through our advanced digital solutions. In this role, the director will help develop, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns designed to promote the company’s brand, generate demand, and help cultivate and retain clients.

What we are seeking:

· 3+ years’ experience in multi-channel (web, social, email) campaign management

· Experience with CRM marketing stack, preferably Salesforce

· Strong project management skills

· Charisma and creativity

· Motivation to learn and grow
