Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance

- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency

- Utilize programming skills to enhance automation processes and improve equipment uptime

- Perform risk assessments and reliability studies to identify areas for improvement

- Implement predictive maintenance techniques to prevent unplanned downtime

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in reliability engineering within an industrial setting

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and automation technologies
