Accounting Manager

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Accounting Manager for a client in the insurance industry in North Dallas. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department, including AP, AR, B2B collections, and performance management for three AR Specialists. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, previous leadership experience, the ability to foster a positive culture, and experience providing high levels of customer service. Requirements for the Accounting Manager:

degree in finance, accounting, or business management preferred

of 5 years of experience in both AP and AR, including B2B collections

possess supervisory experience including performance management, training, and overall team leadership

in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks or other major accounting software

level of integrity and trustworthiness

attention to detail

Compensation for the Accounting Manager:

Hire

Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p (some flexibility available)

Salary/Pay: $80-85K/year based on experience)

Location: North Dallas, TX (100% onsite)
