Senior Accounts Payable

firstPro 360 is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to join a great team in the Cumberland area. This is with a growing company with great opportunity to improve your accounting skills and take on new challenges. Pay is up to $70,000 and works a hybrid schedule (3 days in 2 from home) after training.

Responsibilities:

Process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner according to company policies and procedures.

Review invoices for completeness and ensure they align with purchase orders and contracts.

Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any discrepancies or missing information on invoices.

Research and resolve vendor inquiries related to payments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information within our accounting software.

Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Experience with accounts payable software (e.g., Accounts Payable or Enterprise Resource Planning systems) is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
