Job Title: Full-Time Senior IT Support Engineer

Location: San Francisco (Onsite with hybrid schedule)

Position Overview: We are in search of a Full-Time Senior IT Support Engineer to thrive in a hybrid work environment. Located in San Francisco this role demands prompt onsite response within an hour. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, adeptly handling diverse issues while engaging with executive-level end-users. We highly value professionals who can multitask, adapt swiftly to client needs, and employ active problem-solving to ensure superior client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, executive-level user support to financial services clients onsite and remotely.

Build and maintain trust and rapport with clients.

Drive the adoption of innovative cloud technologies.

Monitor and manage modern cloud systems and infrastructure, including Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Cisco Meraki.

Design, implement, document, and maintain clients' infrastructure, applications, and system management tools.

Assist in maintaining clients' cybersecurity, cloud, and high availability strategies.

Translate complex technical solutions into understandable terms for end-users and decision-makers.

Maintain accurate documentation of assets, configurations, passwords, processes, etc.

Collaborate with team members to devise optimal solutions for clients.

Demonstrate willingness to support other team members.

Commit to continuous learning and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of recent end-user technical support experience, focusing on executive-level users.

Extensive expertise in macOS and Windows Desktop environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.

Experience in implementing and supporting networks, including switches, firewalls, and TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.

Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices, including next-generation antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP solutions, disk encryption, SSO, and MFA.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Effective time management and prioritization capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.

Availability for daily onsite presence (Monday-Friday).

On-call availability once per quarter for a week.

Education: High school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in financial services.

Salary Range: $80,000-110,000 + Bonus
