Day to Day:
The Virginia Department of Accounts (DOA) is conducting an analysis phase (9 – 12 months) to determine a path to move from PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 to Oracle Cloud ERP. The analysis phase will include conducting an assessment of the Commonwealth’s financial system business needs and performing a fit/gap analysis of those needs against Oracle’s cloud-based financial solution (Oracle Cloud ERP). As part of this assessment, the analysis team will also evaluate in-scope, agency-based financial systems to solidify functional scope and determine the potential systems for migration to a statewide Oracle Cloud ERP solution. Additionally, this analysis phase will result in the production of a Financial Global Design for the Commonwealth’s future financial system.
Must Haves:
2-3 years experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion OK with related functional skills)
Experience with SDLC (design, development, and testing of system objects)
Experience working on similar project implementations
Expertise in one or more of the following modules:
Record to Report, including Chart of Accounts Design (General Ledger Analyst)
Project Foundation, Project Capital (Projects Analyst)
Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable/Employee Expenses/Procurement system integration analyst)
Acquire to Retire (Fixed Assets Analyst)
Invoice to Cash (Accounts Receivable/Billing Analyst)
Great communication
Able to go onsite in Richmond, VA on Tuesday-Thursday
