Manufacturing Engineer

Action Group is assisting an international manufacturing client in the Port of Catoosa in their search for a Manufacturing Engineer.

The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years' experience in industrial manufacturing systems.

Heat transfer experience or similar preferred.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:

Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications

Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities

Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Engineer

Bachelor's degree in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

At least 5 years' of engineering experience

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S
