Pricing Analyst/Accounts Receivable

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours located in Troy, MI that is seeking a Pricing Analyst with a heavy focus on Accounts Receivable. This is a brand new, full-time, direct hire opportunity that is fully on-site. Our client is a global manufacturing company that is continuing to expand. The Pricing Analyst will need to act as a liaison between accounting, quoting and the sales teams. Responsibilities:

Reconcile quoted pricing to customer purchase orders.

Ability to understand automotive quote and purchase order layouts, terms and definitions.

Strong analytical skills to identify reconcile and resolve discrepancies between quoted pricing and purchase order pricing

Ability to work well with other internal departments to clearly communicate actions required and meet regularly with those departments to follow up on open items and meet deadlines for completion

Work well with external customers and professionally present problems, communicate actions required, and meet regularly with those customers to follow up on open items and meet deadlines for completion

Accounts Receivable

B2B collections, Global collections experience, bad debt

Collection calls on past due accounts.

Cash posting

Maintain a large volume of accounts, 25+.

Bank Reconciliation, filing liens, daily cash application and more.

Specifics:

Compensation between $55-65k

Full Benefits: 70% covered by employer; 401k plus company contribution
