Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and guidance to management and employees in HR programs and processes.
Develop and enhance core HR processes including employee relations, development, and engagement.
Assist in establishing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Manage HR data in the HR Information System (HRIS) for compliance and generate reports.
Address employment-related inquiries and escalate complex matters.
Conduct thorough investigations and make recommendations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Mentor managers in employee relations and legal compliance.
Assess operations to improve retention and identify enhancements.
Act as a subject matter expert in employee benefits.
Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
5-8 years of HR business partner experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
HR certification preferred.
