Position Overview:
Are you looking for a Real Estate position where your leads are given to you? If you consider yourself an excellent negotiator and have great follow-up capabilities, this position could be perfect for you! Our Listing Referral Agent is the ideal position for someone who enjoys running in-person appointments and marketing properties on the MLS/Social Media!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Run in-person appointments with prospective sellers to evaluate current needs
Evaluate if the homes can be listed or acquired with a cash offer
Build rapport with sellers, overcome objections, and successfully negotiate contracts
Capture photos of homes during seller appointment
Respond to seller communications promptly
Listing Houses on MLS
Review and Submit offers for the seller to review
Making outgoing follow-up calls to sellers in our CRM
Evaluate property values, repairs, and offer amounts
Actively works our CRM to ensure leads are being followed up with no lead left behind mentality
Actively market listings on all social media platforms
Attend Weekly Acquisition Meetings
Ideal Candidate Experience and Skill-sets:
Real Estate License Required
2-4 years experience in real estate
Strong negotiation skills
Strong internal and external communication skills
Quick to build rapport with potential customers
