Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal at Compass Law Group, LLP Injury and Accident Attorneys in Beverly Hills, CA. The Paralegal will be responsible for a range of tasks, including legal document preparation, communication with clients and the court, research, and document review. The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to support their casework and ensure the smooth operation of the firm.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures

Experience in legal document preparation and filing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information

Proficient in document review and organization

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team and support attorneys

Familiarity with relevant software and technology

Previous experience in personal injury law is a plus

Paralegal certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred
