As Project Manager in the central Dallas TX market, you are responsible for high-end residential landscape installations overseeing $2-3 million in multiple projects through all stages to completion:

· Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors and crews

· Manage project expenses and labor to maximize profits

· Ensure highest quality and on-time completion of project for clients

Requirements:

· 5-7 yrs managing high-end ($50K - $500K+) residential landscape installations

· Software technical experience, LMN, Aspire, other construction PM programs

· 4 year Degree in Landscape Design, Construction, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Architecture.
