Our civil litiation practice is excited to announce recruitment for a part-time associate attorney.

Emran Law Firm is a fast-paced environment and a rapidly growing law firm. We are looking for individual candidates who are seeking to grow and be challenged at every level.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role [to be considered for a full time role candidates must be able to work on site in SF, LA, or Irvine] for an Associate Attorney at Emran Law Firm in our labor and employment practice. As an Associate Attorney, your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting consultations, drafting complaints, propounding discovery, appearing in court, conducting research, negotiating for clients. We are seeking candidates that have the ability to manage their own caseload under the supervision of the managing attorney. You will work closely with the legal team and clients to develop solutions and help clients navigate complex legal issues.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Law

Ability to provide sound Legal Advice

Professional and courteous candidate to all points of contact including colleagues, clients, and court staff

Experience in conducting thorough research

Proficient in Negotiations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze complex legal documents and contracts

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

0-2 Years of Experience

Must be licensed to practice law in California or awaiting CA Bar Results
