Labor And Employment Attorney

LHH (f/k/a Parker + Lynch Legal) is working with a 75+ attorney preeminent Cincinnati-based full-service firm that is seeking an experienced Counsel/Partner-level Labor and Employment attorney to join their long-standing and well regarded L&E practice group. The right candidate must have deep subject matter expertise in the area, particularly traditional management-side employment litigation and matters (including advice and counsel, employment agreements, etc.).

The right candidate will also possess leadership/management experience with interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

A book of business is not needed but this individual must have the desire to participate in business development and want to grow their own book. A candidate with existing portable business would be also be welcome.

This is also a firm that believes in office presence, so the right candidate must be located in Cincinnati with plans to remain long-term.
