Summary

The HR Recruiting Specialist will undertake a variety of HR administrative tasks, but will primarily responsible for full-cycle recruiting as the top priority.

The HR Recruiting Specialist will be involved in searching and identifying suitable candidates for AOI. Working closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers, this position plays a key role in building a robust candidate pipeline and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate will posses a combination of proactive sourcing skills, relationship-building abilities, and a strong understanding of the talent market.

The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative experience.

Job Duties

Support the delivery of a quality full cycle recruitment service and contribute to the recruitment strategy and objectives

Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, social platforms and professional networks.)

Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through initial conversations and screening processes. Provide detailed and relevant information to recruiters and hiring managers.

Initiate contact with passive candidates and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities. Foster relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.

Preparation, processing, and maintenance of documents in support of immigration sponsorship requests for H-1B, and permanent residence applications

Assists and prepares correspondence as requested.

Assists in planning employee events and activities.

This position will be expected to travel around 5%.

Other HR tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business administration, liberal arts, or similar discipline.

Minimum of 5+ years experience in HR and recruiting or similar role in engineering or manufacturing organization.

Experience with recruiting Engineering/ Technical discipline is preferred.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Proficient in MS Office applications

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ClearCompany a plus.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter

Familiar with ADP WorkforceNow or other HRIS

Energetic, positive attitude, flexible, and ability to work independently and as a team.

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments with competing priorities.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly with candidate and employees.

Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
