Corporate Attorney

LHH (f/k/a Parker + Lynch Legal) is working on a Corporate Attorney need with a long-standing 40+ attorney full-service Cincinnati-based firm. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional skills and be a contracts wizard. No M&A experience is required but would be welcomed.

The firm has multiple offices in the Tri-State with its main location in downtown.

The firm is also interested in candidates that are interested in developing business and being connected to the community.

This firm has a loose billable hour expectation at the 1500-1600 range.
