Sales Representative
SMS Staffing is a growing Staffing and Human Resources Solution organization offering a full suite of Staffing and HR services. We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales and Business Development Associate to:
Essential Skills:
Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client staffing or HR needs.
Demonstrated proficiency in effectively collaborating, networking, cultivating business development, and building relationships with key stakeholders and prospects, internally and externally.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities using solid communication skills.
Possess current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions to drive strategies and partnerships.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost- benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
work experience as a sales representative
knowledge of MS Office
with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
selling, communication, and negotiation skills
time management and organizational skills
to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration (preferred not required)
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in staffing or service industry, in a B2B or outside sales capacity.
