GENERAL SUMMARY
To provide administrative legal support to attorneys and paralegals. Pre-suit file management and litigation support in plaintiff personal injury cases.
JOB DUTIES
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
organize, and summarize certified medical records/bills
up on missing medical information
medical providers
meetings, conference calls, depositions, etc.
intake calls & schedule appointments
with insurance carriers (liability/UIM/UM/subrogation)
setup
contact
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
understanding of personal injury process
of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
to manage and complete multiple tasks
to function independently and prioritize assignments
to uphold high standards of confidentiality
player, positive attitude
detail-oriented
well under pressure
phone skills
with Filevine Case Management software a plus
