Business Process Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs
.
Key Responsibilitie
s:Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes across various department
s.Document current and proposed business processes, including workflows, diagrams, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and process map
s.Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address inefficiencie
s.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objective
s.Collaborate with IT teams to identify technology solutions that support and automate business processe
s.Recommend changes to processes, systems, and procedures to improve efficienc
y.Monitor the implementation of process changes and evaluate their effectivenes
s.Prepare and present reports on process analysis and improvement initiative
s.Collect feedback from stakeholders and end-users to identify further optimization opportunitie

Basic Qualificatio
ns:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fiel
d. 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally as a Business Process Analyst or similar ro
le.Strong analytical and problem-solving skil
ls.Excellent documentation and communication abiliti
es.Proficiency in business process mapping, modeling, and analysis too
