POSITION SUMMARY

FP&A leads and coordinates Company financial planning and analysis through repeatable and scalable processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, company wide annual planning and forecasting, development and measurement of KPIs, analysis of monthly and year-to-date results, decision support analytics, liquidity planning, and assistance on capital markets initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Lead FP&A team: aligning resources with critical business activities to implement valuation / prioritization / reporting of initiatives supporting organic and inorganic growth of the Company

Provide decision support analytics for members of senior management

Develop real-time business intelligence dashboards for front-office employees

Oversee annually budget and mid-cycle forecasting process

Develop financial models to assist executives in making informed business decisions; recommend financial actions to senior management by assessing options in relation to near- and long-term organizational goals

Oversee monthly management reporting to Private Equity sponsors

Oversee board of directors reporting

Monitor and report on the financial condition of the Company by collecting, interpreting, and reporting key financial data and business drivers

Assist CFO with investor relations

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have 5-7 years of FP&A experience. Financial sector preferred

Previous extensive experience preparing forecasts, budgets, financial plans and creating complex financial models

Strong data management skills

Solid understanding of MS Excel and other finance software

Possesses the confidence and presence to interact and communicate effectively with senior management and directors

Ability to work in an innovative environment and enjoy working with a diverse team with multiple backgrounds and talents

Proactive and dynamic personality willing and able to drive strong results

Comfortable working under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to constantly evolving conditions

High degree of integrity and honesty

EDUCATION

A minimum of a BA in Accounting or Finance and MBA is strongly desired
