About the Role:

Programmers, Inc. seeks a full-time Sales Executive to spearhead new business generation and cultivate enduring client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess prior sales experience within B2B technology services, particularly targeting medium to large enterprises. Demonstrating initiative in hunting new opportunities, impeccable communication skills across various channels, and comfort engaging directly with C-suite executives are key attributes. This role entails autonomously managing and expanding one's sales pipeline.

Your Responsibilities:

Spearhead lead generation and cultivate prospects into valuable relationships.

Foster and sustain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Exceed sales targets by skillfully prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing lucrative opportunities.

Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, orchestrating resources like Pre-sales Technical Specialists throughout the sales cycle.

Navigate negotiations adeptly, securing favorable pricing and contractual terms.

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in selling Technology Services within a B2B environment.

Proficient in navigating complex deals with medium-range sales cycles (3 - 6 months).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,00 + OTE (uncapped)
