Benefits: Pay: Base salary $55k based on experience Hours: M-F; 8-5 Health, dental, vision insurance PTO Paid Holidays 401K with profit sharing No cold calling Responsibilities: Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner to new and existing customers Assist outside sales team with customer relations, sales, and technical support Understand basic function and technical aspects of all product lines Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to product availability, prices, discounts, and product information Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction Answer and return phone calls in a timely manner Setup and maintain customer files Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with sales reps Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or warranty claims Fill requests for catalogs, information, or samples Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint Qualifications: At least 2 years of inside sales experience required Knowledge of HVAC preferred Marketing or administration background is a plus!
