How we invest in you: Pay: $19/hr Shift: M-F; 9-5 Medical, dental, vision insurance 401k with company match PTO Responsibilities: Answering questions and handling complaints from customers Providing information about products and services Handling incoming phone calls and emails Responding promptly to customer inquiries Resolving customer issues and product returns/exchanges effectively Keep track of amazon portal Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling lacrosse clothing items.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for order processing.

Excellent communication skills.
