100% REMOTE (must sit within the Houston, TX area)
OIL & GAS experience is highly preferred

Strong Base Salary & Monthly Commission
· $75,000-$82,000/year
· *As an idea, an attainable year 1 commission would be $18-25K (team average), year 2-4 would be $35-$55K (team average), year 4-6 would be $60-85K (team average) and the top 10% in these roles are $95K+.
· *If coming from a current firm a bridge could be made available as well
Responsibilities
· Initiate and conduct introductory meetings with potential and current strategic Engineering hiring partners experiencing or expecting growth.
· Observe client sites & conduct research on hiring market and skill set supply/demand.
· Develop loyal relationships and understanding of the motivators that drive growth.
· Qualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, engineering managers, etc.
· Lead, educate & train a team of specialized engineering recruiters. We all work cohesively together to provide the best workforce solutions in the industry.
· Implementation of organization & delivery systems to establish best time management & most efficient processes
· Be that "CEO" of a given sales region
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred (not required)
2+ years of Staffing Sales experience (ideally Engineering Sales or Technical Sales) in business-to-business sales (would entertain manufacturing- light industrial if there was at least 20-25% selling Engineering type business as well)
Solutions oriented, consultative and the ability to have a strategic sales approach
Be able to build long term sales relationships with stakeholders
Be passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful careers around the nation
