Vice President Operations

QLM Search are working in partnership with mid-size food manufacturer that is looking to appoint a VP Supply Chain.

The business has significant growth ambitions and this will form part of the CEO’s high performing leadership team.

Key deliverables include:

Lead & Develop the Supply Chain Services including development and implementation of an integrated S&OP tool.

Expand portfolio of Supply Chain Services to develop & grow the business.

Ensure there are robust systems, data, processes and analysis in place to manage the end to end Supply Chain function.

Oversee the procurement process, including selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and components.

Mitigate risk across Supply Chain and ensure it links with operations and commercial anticipate future business needs and it’s requirements.

Development of all demand/volume reporting and analysis.

Maximise all pricing to drive margin improvement whilst ensuring key supply chain routes and contractual agreements drive value add.

To be considered for this key appointment, you will need to have built your supply chain leadership career in a mid-size food manufacturer that is recognised for its world class performance. You will be hands on, solutions-orientated and have a natural ability to build followship with your team and peer group.
