Inventory Analyst

Maval Industries LLC is an environmental automotive market in sustainability located in Twinsburg, OH.

We are a socially responsible company looking for a full-time Inventory Analyst to join our team!

In this role, you will work in support of the Director of Purchasing and will be responsible for negotiations with vendors for the purchase of materials, goods, and supplies.

Paid Holidays Job Responsibilities: Create and support positive relationships with current vendors while developing new vendor opportunities and sources.

Work toward the consolidation of vendors.

Obtain material quotes, review, evaluate, and make recommendations to determine the most economical suppliers.

Purchase materials submitted on requisitions and ensure price accuracy and compliance of deliver-by due dates.

Oversee cost comparisons and reductions, invoice approvals, and reconciliations.

Run open purchase order reports and verify due dates with vendors.

Search for and negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers.

Craft purchase orders and inventory reports for management.

Develop/utilize an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders.

Complete other assignments, as requested by management.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of previous experience in purchasing Ability to research and gain an understanding of materials and products being purchased.

Ability to negotiate and manage business relationships.

Strong MS Office skills along with an ability to learn and understand the functionality and objectives of an ERP system.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work as a member of a team and independently.

Ability to multi-task Purchasing and inventory management skills Knowledge of a specific sector's needs
