Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing incoming calls and correspondence
Greeting and acting as an information resource to clients
Setting up for meetings, managing conference room calendars
Ordering catering and meals
Maintaining a neat and stocked office space
Facilitate office and building access for service vendors
Ensure copiers and printers are up and running properly
Maintain office inventory, order office supplies
Opening and receiving mail/packages
Printing and scanning, data entry, etc.
Ad hoc projects as needed
