Logistics – Sales Rep
Larkin Express is a transportation company specializing in standard and project freight. We are currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to assist in business development and account management. If you are motivated, able to work both individually and cooperatively, and searching for an environment that is both challenging and rewarding, then you will love this position.
Responsibilities:
Participate in business development by following warm leads and onboarding new customers
Research and qualify new leads
Create proposals and provide freight quotes to meet customer needs
Maintain existing customer relationships
Build reports from sales data and make recommendations based on these analytics
Liaison with Operations Team to fill Customer requirements
Qualifications:
At least Two (2) years of sales experience and account management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred knowledge of Trucking and 3PL Brokerage Operations
Traveling as required
This position is located in Houston, TX. Compensation commensurate with experience.
