Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 + bonus + relocation

A Biopharmaceutical company is looking to hire an experienced Small Molecule Director/Senior Director, CMC to help lead a team focusing on developing innovative dosages forms and carrying programs through early and late stages of development.

This opportunity allows for fast career progression potential with the promise of being one of the leaders in terms of the strategic direction of the team, as well as immediately acquiring and mentoring a team of junior scientists.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory & Manufacturing to execute product development strategy.

Lead and guide a team of 5-7 junior Scientists while cultivating a strong performance work atmosphere

Collaborate and coordinate with external partners, acting as the primary point of contact

Requirements:

Ph.D. or Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or another related field.

Minimum 10-14 years industry experience with an extensive background in Formulation, Analytical Development & Process Development.

Experience working with innovative small molecules and experience authoring/supporting IND & NDA .

Experience managing direct reports and working with junior scientists

Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow-through on deadlines with minimal supervision.

A keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
