System Engineering Manager

Parsons is hiring a Systems Engineering Manager to support a large multi-million dollar Army program in Fort Belvoir, VA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation and implementation of very complex applications that require a thorough knowledge of administrative and technical skills.

Direct and participate in all phases of system development with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing and acceptance phases.

Apply higher-level business or technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at automated engineering solution.

Design and prepare technical reports and related documentation.

Create charts and graphs to record results.

Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the delivery order.

What Required Experience, Skills, and Education You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biometrics or other related technical fields with at least 6 or more years of prior relevant experience.

Six (6) to Nine (9) years of experience with systems engineering.

Experience managing technical teams

Clearance Required:

Possess a current Secret clearance or above.

Must be a US Citizen, without Dual Citizenship
