Job Title: Robotic Maintenance Technician

Location: Tampa, FL

Duration: Full-time; 40 hours/week

Shift: Sunday-Wednesday; 7pm to 5:30am

Pay Rate/Salary: $25-35/hr. (or higher/negotiable based on experience)

Summary:

The Robotic Maintenance Technician (RMT) will lead all preventive, and repair maintenance on Bots, Portals, Workstations, and Mechanical structure. Working closely with the Robotics Support team and System Operators, the RMT will lead and resolve hardware issues, complete work orders, tag defective parts for return, and manage onsite parts inventory. The RMT role is a hands-on individual with electro-mechanical aptitude and familiarity with Linux and command line.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and troubleshoot all Robotic and Structure issues.

· Perform scheduled maintenance on bots, stations, scales, and structure as per the planned schedule.

· Complete work orders for all maintenance tasks and update the Trouble tickets with relevant information.

· Collect information on any system issue identified during maintenance and provide feedback to the Support team.

· Order replacements parts to maintain onsite stocking levels. Perform inventory audits of FRUs.

· Follow Safety protocols at all times while at customer sites and ensure safety of all others working alongside.

Qualifications:

· Associate degree or 4 years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Robotics, Mechanical or Electrical field.

· Experience and proficiency in the following areas:

o Warehouse Automation

o Electro-mechanical skills

o Familiarity with electromechanical tools

o Blueprint and electrical schematic reading

o PLC programs

o Preventive and Repair Maintenance

· Familiarity with Linux, Java, XML, SQL, and databases is a plus.
